I offer the client more than most because of my access to FHA Loans and also Reverse mortgages. One of my big highs is helping clients(new friends) a home that I know they will be able to afford for a long time. Many times when clients come and they are trying to buy something that is above their means I will strongly encourage them to consider the risks and affects of foreclosure if they loose their home because of hardships. Also, my wife and I are operating a health and education Ministry "His Vine Ministry" which has the goals of helping others understand the dangers of not obeying the laws of health that God designed our bodies with. Also we are setting up an education solarship fund for third world Colleges and Universities to help students get an education that is Christian based. Dislikes: Bowlers who think they are good at a game they barely know anything more than throw the ball hope it strikes.

Hobbies: Bowling Of Course! Hate the cry babies who have no real talent for the game and think they deserve a 220 average. Bowling as a game has changed to make it so that someone who bowled like myself with a 185 average in 1980 can with no trouble carrying a 215 now. I routinely shoot a 660-725 series and only thrown 2 or 3 strikes that where technically correct. When a bowler has a 6 inch area to throw and still strike that is not skill! High Series: 794 High Games: 1-300; 2-299; 1-298; 1-297; 1-290; 1-288 I have so many 269-279 that I don't bother counting. In Practice I have had 2-300's and a series of 824 But who cares about practice, leagues is where it counts!
